Elizabeth Parsons, JD

Elizabeth Parsons represents privately held companies, developers, startups, and other stakeholders in connection with formation, expansion, complex business transactions, and private securities offerings. She also serves as outside general counsel to her clients as they navigate day-to-day legal and commercial issues. She is licensed to practice law in Arizona, New York, and Washington, D.C.

Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, in 1995 from the Georgetown University Law Center and her Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Economics and Political Science from James Madison University in 1990.  She has been a repeat guest lecturer at the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law and is the author of publications in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, finance, and environmental law. She currently serves on the Board of Earn to Learn, the largest and most impactful matched-savings scholarship program in the country. 

Molly Cassidy, JD

Molly Cassidy practices corporate and securities law assisting with the negotiation and preparation of transactions in multiple industries. She drafts purchase agreements and other related ancillary documents for proposed multi-million-dollar mergers, acquisitions, and asset purchases. She also prepares regulatory filings to establish corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies.  She is licensed in Arizona.

Molly earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2019 from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law and her Doctorate, summa cum laude, in Education from the University of Arizona. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Molly had a career as a public-school administrator. Currently, Molly is active with the Arizona Women’s Law Association, serving on the Steering Committee, and in the Commercial Real Estate Women’s Network.  She regularly presents to emerging businesses on the topics of raising capital and contract considerations.

Darlene Twiss, JD

Darlene Twiss practices in the areas of real estate, corporate law and real estate finance. She handles matters relating to acquisitions and dispositions of real property, land use, commercial real estate lending, real estate development, commercial and residential leasing, entity formation, and title and survey review. Prior to moving to Arizona, Darlene practiced in the real estate groups of two major law firms in New York and Los Angeles. She continues to hold active licenses in both New York and California.

Darlene graduated from Providence College, magna cum laude, with a B.S. in Biology in 1996 and from Brooklyn Law School, cum laude, in 2001, where she was an editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.
Darlene shares a deep commitment to the Tucson community. She is currently the President of the Tucson Chapter of National Charity League, Inc., co-Chair of the Arizona Bowl Blue Blazers and the Community Bulletin Chair of Angel Charity for Children, Inc.

Travis Atwood, JD

Travis Atwood is a corporate attorney specializing in business transactions. He has represented both buyers and sellers in mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations in middle-market transactions across a wide variety of industries. In addition to M&A transactions, Travis also represents clients with securities offerings, entity formation and governance, and drafting commercial agreements, among other general corporate matters.

Travis brings valuable business and leadership experience from his time prior to practicing law where he worked as a project manager in the oil & gas industry in Texas, and proudly served for five years as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army, with two combat deployments to Iraq. He earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law; a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin; and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Military Academy (West Point). Beyond the legal realm, Travis is deeply engaged in his community. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Catalina Foothills School District Foundation, mentors entrepreneurs at Startup Tucson, and coaches U6 soccer for FC Tucson.
