Elizabeth Parsons represents privately held companies, developers, startups, and other stakeholders in connection with formation, expansion, complex business transactions, and private securities offerings. She also serves as outside general counsel to her clients as they navigate day-to-day legal and commercial issues. She is licensed to practice law in Arizona, New York, and Washington, D.C.
Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, in 1995 from the Georgetown University Law Center and her Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Economics and Political Science from James Madison University in 1990. She has been a repeat guest lecturer at the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law and is the author of publications in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, finance, and environmental law. She currently serves on the Board of Earn to Learn, the largest and most impactful matched-savings scholarship program in the country.
Darlene Twiss practices in the areas of real estate, corporate law, and real estate finance. She handles matters relating to acquisitions and dispositions of real property, land use, commercial real estate lending, real estate development, commercial and residential leasing, entity formation, and title and survey review. Prior to moving to Arizona, Darlene practiced in the real estate groups of two major law firms in New York and Los Angeles. She continues to hold active licenses in both New York and California.
Darlene graduated from Providence College, magna cum laude, with a B.S. in Biology in 1996 and from Brooklyn Law School, cum laude, in 2001, where she was an editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.
Darlene shares a deep commitment to the Tucson community. She is a current member and former President (2023-2024) of the Tucson Chapter of National Charity League, Inc., co-Chair of the Snoop Dogg Arizona Bowl Blue Blazers, and the Community Bulletin Chair of Angel Charity for Children, Inc.
